did on our parents' home. After moving our parents to be closer to us
in Phoenix we hired John to provide much needed repairs and updates to
our parents' very elegant townhouse which they had lived in for 20
years. John provided us with a time table and estimates which he was
able to meet. He also made many cost saving suggestions, given our goal
to sell. Because we are all located in Phoenix with limited amount of
time to focus on the details, John was able to step in and make great
